You will support us from labour law to civil law. You will conduct research on issues in all our areas of law and evaluate decisions in cooperation with our lawyers and colleagues. You will also support us in drafting contracts and handling specific cases. You will support us in internal and external communication as well as in conception and editing. You will also be responsible for production, the effective and efficient use of our social media channels and moving image communication. Once you have applied for an advertised position as a trainee lawyer / volunteer via our job portal, the application process begins.
The documents will be forwarded by the respective recruiter to the relevant department, which will now make the selection as to whether you will be invited for an interview. The recruiting colleagues will contact you and arrange an appointment with you.
In a personal interview, professional as well as personal questions will be asked in order to get to know you a little better.
Within two weeks after your interview, the recruiter will contact you to give you either an interim report or a final decision.
If the decision is in your favour, we will pass the documents on to the works council for co-determination. This usually takes two weeks. At the same time, we initiate the background check process and pass the documents on to our colleagues in HR for the preparation of your employment contract.
