In 5 years, the dual study program offers you the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Engineering degree in aviation technology/management from one of the largest employers in the region, in addition to a practical training qualification as an aviation clerk.

This bachelor's degree program, which integrates vocational training, gives you the opportunity to gain initial professional insights into the real world and improve your imagination for technical contexts. The aim of the subsequent degree program is to provide you with in-depth knowledge of aviation technology and management. This will enable you to control transport and traffic processes.

During the 1st year of vocational training, you will gain initial practical skills and knowledge and an impression of company processes. From the 2nd year, a reciprocal phase between university and company begins. In the 2nd to 3rd year, you alternate between the company, vocational school and university. After passing the final examination of the vocational training, you are a student (m/f/d) and attend the TH Wildau according to the semester schedule. From the 4th semester (in the 3rd year), internship reports are written, covering all practical sections until the end of your studies. These serve as a basis for the recognition of your practical work in the company. You attend all courses at the university. You develop your personal training profile within the framework of elective modules (in coordination with the company). In the final semester, you will write your Bachelor's thesis.

  • The application period is from August 1 - October 31 (training starts on August 1 of the following year).
  • Your dual study program lasts 5 years and ends with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree.
  • You start on August 1.
  • The studies begin with the 2nd year of training part-time at the Wildau University of Applied Sciences.
