You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email, as soon as you have successfully uploaded your documents for a position.

Since we also have an internal application deadline and the decision about who is invited to the interview is made on a departmental level, there is no general timeframe. As a rule, response times can vary a lot. From a few days for very special positions and few applicants

Unfortunately, for data protection and system-related reasons, we are currently not able to process unsolicited applications. Therefore, please apply for the relevant job vacancies. If there is currently no suitable vacancy, please keep an eye on our job portal.

We only offer internships as compulsory internships within a degree course or as part of advanced training or similar. We cannot offer voluntary internships. For more information on this topic, please have a look here

Yes, you can apply for multiple jobs. Please note, however, that you should only apply for positions that correspond to your skills and profile. Random applications for all positions are not very effective.

If you have received a rejection for an application process, it is not possible to apply again for the same job vacancy. However, you can still apply to any other advertisement in the system. Rejections are always job-related and not personal.

If a job vacancy is still advertised in our job portal, it is open and still to be filled.

A complete application should contain a full curriculum vitae as well as certificates (evidence of professional qualifications and/or studies), proof of qualifications and job references. Depending on the job requirements, proof of the driver's license class may also be required. A cover letter can be attached, but is not a must. Yes, Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH complies with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act. After the application process has ended, your data will be retained for a further five months and then deleted.

The requirements vary depending on the role of the position. Please read the respective job vacancy, in which the requirements are clearly defined.

Once an application has been uploaded, the documents cannot be exchanged or edited afterwards. Only the option of adding further documents is available. To do this, please go to the job-specific application and upload the documents there.

If you can only work part-time, please indicate this in your application (including the number of hours). Please note that we need to check in each case whether a position can be performed on a part-time basis. Some positions are only available full-time.

Since we have to ensure that work processes run smoothly in our company and the main language in the company is German, you should at least possess level C1 language skills.
