Please upload your application and all relevant documents (cover letter, resume, 3 references and, if applicable, proof of internships) to our job board by August 1 (for a training/study start date of August 1 of the following year). After you have uploaded your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
After receiving your application, we will check the documents and make a preselection.
If we are impressed by your application documents and you meet the eligibility criteria, we will invite you to an assessment center.
In the next step, we make the decision on filling the training positions. The successful candidates receive a non-binding commitment.

It is therefore all the more important to score points with the documents you submit. Here you will find a few small tips that can help you with the preparation of your application documents.
Your resume gives us a more detailed overview of your educational background, skills, abilities, and accumulated experience.

First, we will welcome you and the other applicants and introduce you to the selection day process. |
In a theoretical test, we want to find out where your professional strengths and skills lie. In the recruitment test, we only ask you about topics that you have already learned at school. For the business people and students of the dual study program, these include the areas of mathematics, English, general knowledge, geography and German. Technicians are tested in a "slimmed-down" English section, physics, mathematics and German. |
In the context of group work, we want to see how you work in a team, how you approach a wide variety of tasks and how you find solutions. |
If you were able to convince us in the previous steps, we would now like to get to know you in a personal interview, find out how you assess yourself, where you see your strengths and weaknesses and why you have chosen FBB. |
