Quarter Midfield Gardens

The Midfield Gardens quarter is being developed in a prime location between the two runways of the BER in visual relation to Terminal T1. The urban quarter with campus character extends over two sections to the north and south of the central access road. The high visibility of the building sites, modern architecture in symbiosis with greened rest and recreation areas, a broad mix of uses and excellent infrastructure connections to the airport, rail and road make the quarter the first choice for investors and project developers both nationally and internationally. Terminal T1 with the railway station below and Terminal T2 are within walking distance. The quarter is directly connected to the S-Bahn as well as regional and long-distance transport via the underground station, and to the city centre of Berlin and the Berlin motorway ring via the slip road to the A113.
