Business Park Berlin is the largest business park in the immediate vicinity of Berlin Brandenburg Airport. It is characterised by a broad mix of uses, high market acceptance and very good accessibility.

Situated in the city of Berlin and yet only a few minutes by car from Terminal 1 of the BER, the park has excellent infrastructure connections. The proximity to the airport, its own S-Bahn connection, direct access to the B96a and the access road to the A113 motorway, which is only a one-minute drive away, are relevant factors for a successful investment.

The 109-hectare park offers a variety of areas for different uses. Hotel or office projects on smaller sites are just as feasible here as large e-commerce projects. Around 60 percent of the park has already been sold. Well-known companies such as Tesla, Deutsche Post, Fleurop AG, Rieck Logistik Gruppe, Nordkurier Mediengruppe, but also Meininger Hotelgruppe have already settled here. There are plans to expand the park to the south on the Brandenburg side.

The plots will be sold directly by FBB free of commission. Only a few plots of land are still available for construction.
