Responsibilities

We are your first point of contact for procurement, from the smallest maintenance measure to major projects. We are organised by commodity group in order to represent the optimal link between the procurement market and internal consumers. The respective purchaser is responsible for the entire procurement process.

As an airport operator, we are a public client with special rights in the area of transport. Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH is therefore subject to the sector regulation in accordance with Section 100, Paragraph 1 GWB for all awards above the current threshold values. Regulations that ensure a fair tendering process are also observed below the current threshold values.
