The trade union ver.di has called on employees at aviation security checkpoints at several German airports to take part in an all-day warning strike on Thursday, March 14. Due to the announced warning strike, no departures of passenger flights will be possible at Berlin Brandenburg Airport on this day.
Incoming flights may also be affected by cancellations and changes to the flight schedule as a result of the warning strike. Initially, around 200 take-offs and landings each were planned for the day.
BER keeps its passengers informed via its website and social networks.
