AThe airport company Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) is inviting all residents living near BER Airport to its Noise Protection Day on Thursday, 13 June. This year's Noise Protection Day will once again take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the DIALOG-FORUM at Mittelstraße 11 in Schönefeld.
Throughout the day, experts will be available for individual questions and discussions. The technical and legal basis of the airports noise protection programme can be discussed as well as the implementation of noise protection measures and the use of the BER flight routes. Applications for the BER noise protection programme can be submitted until 4 November 2025. In addition to various construction companies, FBB's noise protection team will be on site throughout the day.
The programme includes two expert presentations: At 1 p.m., Ralf Wagner, Head of Noise Protection and Environment, will speak on the topic of ‘Noise protection at BER’. Dr Kai Johannsen, Head of Immission Control, will follow at 3 p.m. with a presentation on ‘Flight noise and flight routes at BER’. A new and highly modern sound-insulating fan will also be presented.

The DIALOG-FORUM is located not far from Schönefeld S-Bahn station. Parking spaces are available at car park P56, the airport company will provide exit tickets with which guests can use P56 free of charge.
