  • The collective wage agreement shall be valid in total for 18 months (earliest termination date is 28.02.2026).
  • Furthermore, additional individual structural topics were newly provided for by way of a collective agreement.

Michael Halberstadt, Chief Human Resources Officer of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH:
“The outcome of the negotiations is a balanced compromise that takes into consideration our employees’ interests as well as the company’s challenging economic situation. It is an expression of a strong, but also good, negotiating culture that enabled us to reach an agreement at the negotiating table, without the necessity for accompanying token strikes, which at all times cause major inconvenience for our passengers and our company. The agreed overall package underlines our attractiveness as an employer and shows that we offer reliable prospects even in challenging times.”
