If there are vacant spaces to rent, operators and brands that come into question for us will be invited to submit an application depending on the planned use of the space. In a transparent award procedure, we then select the most suitable applicant based on the criteria of financial offer, quality and compliance with the required concept.
You are welcome to present your concept to us in a brief application. Should your application be of interest to us, we will ask you to submit complete application documents at a future date.
We want to meet and exceed the expectations of our guests with a unique range of retail, gastronomy and service concepts. The future operator must be able to take into account the special situation at an airport when planning and operating the concept - this includes, among other things, extended opening hours and a seven-day week as well as increased expenses for rental space expansion and operation due to the technical and operational characteristics of an airport.
Depending on the concept and location, our tenants pay a turnover-based levy (turnover rent), coupled to a minimum monthly rent. The rent is not based on a fixed amount per square metre.
