Measurement report Dahlewitz
From May 31 to July 2, 2024, FBB's mobile monitoring station was located on Am Alten Schulsportplatz street in Dahlewitz. The aircraft noise measurements recorded a continuous noise level of 57.5 dB(A) during the day and 46.7 dB(A) at night.
In Dahlewitz, departures from the southern runway toward the west were measured, with an average maximum noise level of 74 dB(A).
The continuous noise levels are important for determining threshold values related to noise protection measures: rooms used at night are protected from a continuous noise level of 50 dB(A), and rooms used during the day from 60 dB(A).
All measured values were below the thresholds for eligibility for noise protection or compensation measures.
