Authorisation may be restricted, postponed or refused without giving reasons.
Enquiries are processed on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. In urgent cases, a press spokesperson is available outside these hours for editorial matters.
Recording is generally permitted, provided authorisation has been granted.
The usual rules for public spaces (e.g. no obstruction of operations) and the general rules of conduct (link here) apply.
Access is only permitted with additional security clearances and an escort. A longer lead time is required.
requires separate authorisation and is subject to strict regulations.
Filming outside the expressly authorised areas is not permitted. Changes may be made at short notice for safety or operational reasons; in such cases, we will inform you immediately.
Further authorisations are required for certain areas and situations; for example, in the check-in area, at the gates or on board aircraft, separate authorisation from the respective airline or ground handling service provider is required; for filming in leased areas such as catering outlets, shops or handling areas, the consent of the respective operator is required; for filming in the station, you require a separate authorisation from Deutsche Bahn.
