It is particularly important for the airport operator to facilitate mobility for the region whilst at the same time protecting BER’s neighbours from aircraft noise. To keep a close eye on aircraft noise trends, we use an extensive network of aircraft noise monitoring stations along flight paths and rely on innovative incentives to encourage quieter flying. We have summarised the latest figures and statistics in the 2025 Aircraft Noise Report.
