Abu Dhabi is now an attractive, new long-haul destination in BER’s flight schedule. Eurowings will fly to the metropolis on the Persian Gulf three times a week in the 2025/2026 winter flight schedule, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. The aircraft will depart from BER at 10:25 p.m. and land in the United Arab Emirates at 7:40 a.m. local time the following day. In the opposite direction, flights will depart every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 11:10 a.m. and land at BER at 3:10 p.m. The flight time is about six to seven hours, depending on the direction of travel. The new connection gives business travellers and tourists direct and convenient access to one of the most dynamic cities in the United Arab Emirates.
At the same time, Eurowings is also significantly expanding its connection to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Travellers can choose between two destination airports. The airline will fly daily to the centrally located Dubai International Airport (DXB) this winter, while Dubai World Central Airport (DWC) will now be served four times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. In addition, Eurowings will fly twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
The desire for sun or snow grows when the days get shorter and the nights get longer. Eurowings has a new flight programme for both holiday wishes. From 9 November, the airline will fly sun lovers and water enthusiasts to Marsa Alam in Egypt once a week, on Sundays. Snow and winter sports enthusiasts can look forward to Kittilä in Finland. Between 31 January and 21 March 2026, the destination in Northern Europe will be included in the flight schedule from BER, once a week every Saturday.
