Feinkost Käfer takes over catering in the lounges at BER

The long-established Munich-based company Feinkost Käfer will provide catering in the Tempelhof and Tegel lounges as well as in the Zeitgeist VIP lounge at Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Following a successful launch at the end of 2025, travellers can look forward to a high-quality culinary offering: the family-owned company is renowned for its first-class delicacies, fine dining and exclusive catering. In Berlin, Käfer is already a long-standing partner of the German Bundestag, providing top-quality cuisine in the Reichstag.

In the Tempelhof and Tegel business lounges, travellers will be offered hot meals from the Käfer factory in Parsdorf, Bavaria, freshly prepared pancakes and a selection of snacks and drinks throughout the day. In the Tempelhof lounge, fine sandwiches from the Käfer Culinary Atelier will complement the offering. Feinkost Käfer is also known for its in-house coffee roasting, which is offered in all lounges. In the exclusive Zeitgeist VIP Lounge, guests can enjoy an extended à la carte selection, including exquisite dessert creations under the ‘Signature Dessert Käfer’ label, as well as an exclusive range of premium champagnes and wines.

Access to the BER Lounges Tegel and Tempelhof is available to passengers via their airline's customer status or through open sale. The VIP Lounge Zeitgeist can be booked in advance via the airport's website.
