2.46 million passengers travelled through BER in July
The busiest day was 31 July
The holiday season is all about travelling: last July, 2.46 million people in total used Berlin Brandenburg Airport. That was about 95,000 more travellers than in July 2025 - a four percent increase. With 88,381 passengers, the busiest day last month was Friday, 31 July 2026.
In total, some 17,000 aircraft took off and landed at BER last month. That is 0.6 percent fewer than in the corresponding month last year.
4,532 tonnes were handled in the air freight sector. This represents a decline of 6.4 percent compared with the same month last year.
