Quickly reached by public transport: The districts are optimally connected to Berlin and the region by suburban (S-Bahn) and regional train and bus – Quartier HORIZN BER CITY from BER Terminal 1-2 and the future Quartier SXF 2.0 from Schönefeld S-Bahn station. 

The S-Bahn to Berlin city centre runs every 10 minutes; there are direct connections to Berlin and the surrounding area by regional train every 15 minutes. There are also direct long-distance connections from BER to Dresden and Rostock, among others.

A total of around 67 hectares of land is available for landside real estate development, with different location qualities and utilisation options.
